Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

As the Showroom Coordinator you will manage all aspects of the UK showrooms, ensuring strong visual impact and merchandising all samples across our product portfolio.You will coordinate all facilities and operations connected with customer and internal meetings and events whilst creating and executing first class Customer Service and experience at all times.

Our Showroom Coordinator main duties and responsibilities will consist of but not limited to:

  • Providing support to Sales Team for customer accounts data, checking stocks, completing templates accurately and providing data needed for accounts to place orders along with general office tasks
  • Checking, reporting and actioning all aspects of the showroom’s multiple times a day
  • Ensuring showrooms are complete with all relevant and up to date samples
  • Managing the distribution of sample deliveries (showroom, customer and PR)
  • Managing the showroom calendar and planning to facilitate customer visits
  • Arranging transportation for customers and key staff as required when attending the showroom
  • Assisting with the organisation and control of professional outside caterers for customer visits and internal meetings as required
  • Keeping all samples in a neat, organised manner ensuring any old samples are removed and disposed of
  • Working with Sales to co-ordinate the use of “rare” corporate samples and keeping samples for their account meetings
  • Creating table displays of key styles

Core skills as a Showroom Coordinator  

You will be professional with excellent communication skills and be friendly and approachable. You will need to demonstrate the below skills/experience:

  • Have a positive outlook
  • Be self-motivated and have the ability to work on own initiative
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • Full valid UK driving licence
  • Ability to interpret documents such as customer orders, e-mails, safety rules, policies and procedures and operating/maintenance instructions.
  • Creative with the ability to think ahead and outside the box
  • Able to carry out manual work such as lifting up to 25kg
  • Knowledge of fashion and/or footwear industry or a degree in Fashion or Design would be an advantage 
  • Experience in Photography, Graphic Design and Visual Merchandising would be an advantage
