Process import shipping documents for Skechers subsidiaries.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-

• Reviewing and approving shipping documents
• Entering documents into invoicing system
• Checking prices, gift-with-purchase styles/prices, surcharges, etc. against shipping documents for accuracy
• Sending document and revision requests to China/Vietnam offices or agents
• Uploading invoices into Oracle/PeopleSoft 

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES-

• Assisting on processing original documents, scanning to FileNet and filing
• Boxing up files to be sent for storage
• Assisting on POP entries
• Assisting on entering samples from broker into Compass
• Assisting on reviewing sample documents for payment
• Back up for US and other subsidiary locations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-

• Degree preferred but not required
• One year of import or export operations experience preferred but not required
• Outlook, Excel and Word
