Job Description

JOB PURPOSE -

To assist the Compliance Manager in the administration of customer and vendor requirement including routing instructions, packaging & labeling to distribution Center & Asia Offices for assigned accounts.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS -

  • Primary Point of Contact for inquiries for assigned accounts
    • Inquiries from DC & Customer Service (audit, troubleshoot compliance errors, ticketing, labeling, shipping instructions)
  • Liaison between U.S. office and Asia offices to coordinate special labeling, ticketing and packaging requirements.
    • Resolve issues / inquiries from factories
    • Provide label / ticketing information and coordinate changes for factory generated tickets
    • Auditing & approval of tickets & label information
  • Reviews Vendor guides for updates and new requirements
  • New Customer set-up
    • Packing, labeling/ticketing & Shipping requirements
  • Monitor, Reviews, & Resolve Compliance errors to ensure orders are processed properly
  • Prepare and send responses at the direction of the compliance manager

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES -

  • Order tickets / labels from 3rd Party suppliers; check the availability of the customer supplied labels/tickets.
  • Receive and send labels to Asia offices and distribution center
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS -

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office application
  • Must be detail oriented and organize
  • Must have good interdepartmental communication and writing skills
  • Problem solving skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE -

  • College degree a plus
  • A/R and or chargeback experience a plus
  • Comprehension and application of EDI a plus
  • Experience in apparel or footwear operations a plus
