Job Description

The Loyalty Program Associate will assist in the day-to-day execution of the Skechers Plus Loyalty Program operations including implementation of acquisition/retention strategies, creation and deployment of new digital and retail experiences, and support of overall customer engagement with the program. Through this work, the Loyalty Program Associate will be a pivotal role in the overall success of our loyalty program.

This position will report to the Senior Loyalty Program Manager.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-

Program Management & Operations

  • Works alongside Sr Loyalty Program Manager and 3rd Party Loyalty Platform to write campaign briefs and assist in end-to-end execution of campaigns
  • Responsible for submitting jobs with creative department for asset development required to execute marketing and programmatic campaigns. Will also be responsible for asset management of all loyalty related assets.
  • Maintains documentation with comprehensive market research on other Loyalty Programs to identify the latest trends that would provide opportunities to improve the business' marketing strategies.
  • Customer Care
    • Works with Customer Care on troubleshooting member-reported issues and documents them to create repository that can be referenced in the future.
    • Identifies opportunities for training improvements and execute solutions based on changes in Skechers Plus Loyalty Program.
  • Retail/In-Store Support
    • Supports Retail Loyalty Marketing lead to maintain a clear and consistent collaboration of joint Loyalty Marketing efforts to ensure overall Skechers Plus Program cohesiveness.
    • Coordinates Loyalty/Retail IT weekly sync and drive issues to resolution
  • Program History Tracking
    • Updates the Skechers Plus history calendar with key campaigns, issue resolution, etc.
    • Collaborates with Program Manager and Solutions Architect to maintain the Program operations manual updated with latest updates.
  • Loyalty Platform
    • Submits and keeps track of issue tickets to loyalty platform help and loyalty platform team.
    • Coordinate with Loyalty platform solutions/Customer Success team on resolution of issues

Program Reporting and Analysis

  • Creates weekly performance report and monitors results to identify any anomalies and issues. Coordinates with Sr. Loyalty Program Manager and Business Insights to resolve any issues.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS-

  • Highly computer literate: ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete work independently with careful attention to detail and follow-up; extremely accurate; demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and able to think critically within a fast-paced environment, while meeting assigned deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal, written and interpersonal.
  • Ability to manage projects across teams and with competing priorities.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have at least 2 years+ of retail marketing or loyalty experience, preferably managing programs and projects.
  • You have experience with digital media and direct marketing programs, experience with Loyalty Platforms and strategies preferred.
  • You have an innate ability to learn on the fly; you learn quickly when facing new problems and can recognize both successes and failures for clues to improvement.
  • You have strong attention to detail and a passion for problem solving.
  • You can wear many hats and work on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field is required
