Job Description

The Skechers Human Resources Information Systems Team is looking for someone to join our team that is passionate about technology and people. 

In this internship you will develop strong links with IT, HR, and other functional areas of the business to improve Skechers HR Systems and Processes. In your role as a HRIS Analyst Intern, we expect you to conduct analysis, gather requirements, ask powerful questions, and provide insights through research for HR technology related projects. The HR Systems analyst will be expected to coordinate with the project team and other resources to support our projects through completion of milestones and deliverables outlined.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Computer Science, HR or other relevant experience.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Strong documentation experience such as requirements gathering, RFP and SOP’s
