Job Description

JOB PURPOSE-

Maintains line sheet database which includes current shoe sketch, style number,

description, pricing, sizes and special features.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-

• Coordinates with product and costing managers to gather and organize

shoe data.

• Works with Sales Reps. to organize special line sheet needs.

• Records data in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintains history of older styles.

• Coordinates with Allocations Department in order to maintain

consistency throughout departments for the most accurate and current

information.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES-

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS-

• Self motivated, organized, great multi-tasking and time management skills.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially with Word and Excel.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Excellent communication skills, especially with email.

• Able to work in a fast paced environment.

• Flexible work schedule: Able to work extra hours when needed for key trade

show preparation and Buy meetings.

•       Ability to multi-task.

•       Excellent communicator 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-

•       Bachelors degree preferred.
