In this position you will assist Payroll, Personnel Administration and Facilities Administrator to ensure that the monthly payroll of Skechers Iberia and Skechers Portugal is processed for all staff accurately and to deadlines whilst dealing with all payroll issues and queries.

You will play a role in ensuring that the services and supply needs for Head Office are met and all IBERIA Office buildings are maintained to a high standard whilst controlling every element of the facilities management and coordination.

• 3 years Payroll and Personnel Administration experience
• Good knowledge of MS Office, and ERP (ADP, Sage,etc)  
• Advanced Excel skills
• Good command of English
• Experience in a team environment with ability to work on own initiative
• Articulate with excellent writing skills
• Discreet, professional with good communication skills
• Exceptionally well organized and efficient
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
