Job Description

Provide administrative assistance and support to Domestic Wholesale. 


Provide administrative support to designated Vice President(s), Director(s), and/or Manager(s).  Major duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Prepare and distribute extranet/intranet forms, PDF and Word documents, and Workbooks, etc.
  • Prepare and submit travel and expenses. Schedule, participate, and transcribe calls, meetings, and video conferences.
  • Provide general question and answer support to designated staff.

 Manage the Domestic Wholesale business contacts/records.

  • Create, use, and maintain complete and accurate records.
  • Coordinate distribution and disposition of records (where approved and applicable).
  • Ensure the collection, maintenance, use, and dissemination of information is consistent with Company Policy.  Protect the security and privacy of the data/records.

Support development and execution of direct and electronic mailings.

  • Utilize electronic mail/marketing technology.
  • Comply with SPAM regulations/requirements.

Assist to ensure our product is distributed through channels in a manner consistent with our brand image by coordinating permission to sell our product over the Internet.

Participate in sales conferences, trade shows, meetings, and special events as directed.

Perform various assignments, duties, and assist with projects to support Domestic Wholesale.

  • 3+ years of progressive administrative and/or coordinator experience, including support of multiple managers and involvement in concurrent project coordination.

 Working knowledge of the following platforms is helpful:

  • Concur (travel and expense management)
  • DocuSign (electronic signature and agreement cloud)
  • Dropbox (file hosting service)
  • Kronos (workforce management)
  • Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Forms, OneDrive, Outlook, Power Automate, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Stream, Teams, Word, etc)
  • MicroStrategy (business intelligence)
  • Salesforce (marketing automation)
  • ServiceNow (IT workflow management)
  • SuccessFactors (employee experience management)
  • Ability to learn additional platforms.
  • Type 50+ WPM.
  • Bachelor of Arts degree in business, communication, marketing, or related field preferable.
  • Wholesale footwear/apparel industry experience preferable.
  • Valid driver license and clear driving record.
