Job Description

With a goal of presenting Skechers as the global footwear leader that it is and The Comfort Technology Company, the International Digital Marketing Content Manager will oversee the email and content creation and calendars for the various international channels. The role’s mission is to assist and manage all facets of the digital content creation & implementation process for Company-owned ecommerce sites, including testing, distribution, and the coordination of all assets such as text copy, design, imagery, and translations in various languages and markets, supporting all country digital marketing teams. Manage the various content calendars and work with European counterpart’s content calendar. You will be responsible to ensure content is created, delivered, translated, and uploaded/published in respective platforms in a timely, especially Salesforce Commerce Cloud (e-commerce website) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (e-mails).

This role works closely with retail, creative services, copy teams, and digital team.

The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication. This individual is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team, while working in a faced-past environment. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.


  • Ensures content calendar is always updated and aligned with all key stakeholders (for each country and European counterpart
  • Oversees content for ecommerce marketing channels, and works with the countries for translations, routes assets to countries, addresses feedback, provides final files, QAs Emails and website
  • Manage and submit all content requests to the creative services department In partnership with country teams and marketing team
  • Identify key specific country opportunities to engage with consumers
  • Supports country teams to create e-mails as needed, depending on country situation      
  • Maintain strong understanding of brand standards to ensure all project deliverables stay “on brand”
  • Track and manage work orders
  • Manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities without decreasing the quality of work
  • Supports country teams to upload/update content in Salesforce Commerce Cloud e-commerce platform

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Communications٫ Marketing or relevant field
  • Any certification on digital content management platforms or digital marketing a plus
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant proven work experience as a Content manager
  • Good knowledge of content management systems
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML and online publishing (knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud an advantage)
  • Knowledge of graphic design an advantage
  • Knowledge of SEO an advantage
