Job Description

As the Sales and Marketing Sample Coordinator, you will support the Sales and Marketing Manager by facilitating the processing, tracking, organization, and shipment of all samples across multiple categories. 

 ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS

  • Marketing sample gatekeeper, manage inventory and organization of samples, packing/unpacking, archiving dated samples
  • Manage internal tracking system for real time status of samples, from order to delivery across Departments and through final archiving.
  • Follow up on any missing samples via email with overseas and domestic suppliers
  • Constant communication with our domestic and overseas suppliers to ensure on time delivery of samples
  • Field and manage requests for samples from business partners; management of check in/check out process according to established guidelines to ensure tracking of samples at all times
  • Pull and package samples for photoshoots as needed, influencer moments, athletes, and PR needs
  • Organize in house sample racks and showroom closet
  • Support the ordering of SMS for all departments seasonally along with late adds and reorders
  • Initiate Image creation for It’s the S, scrub and maintain seasonally
  • Manage and organize T.O.P’s for production team
  • Support Product Managers with weekly sales reporting and analysis

  • Computer proficiency; Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), PLM (Product Life Management) system.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 1+ years’ experience in the Apparel Industry
