Job Description

As a member of SKECHERS USA, Inc’s IT team, this person will be responsible for the support and enhancement of the Skechers Retail technology.

The Skechers IT Project/Retail Analyst conducts analysis and manages IT and technology projects. The project/retail analyst will coordinate the project team and guide the project through completion of milestones and deliverables outlined in the plan.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS

  • Coordinate team efforts across Retail, Skechers IT and Vendor resources
  • Facilitate task prioritization
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams
  • Develop, maintain, and implement project plans
  • Perform scrum master duties for Retail Technology and other teams, as needed
  • Research initiatives and explore options for new in-store technology initiatives
  • Understand, document, represent requirements in both story and traditional forms
  • Define acceptance criteria
  • Analyze and improve systems monitoring and alerting
  • Create and schedule operational reporting
  • Support Aptos POS in the production environment
  • Act as troubleshooting resource to document and escalate issues
  • Provide support and end-user training, as needed
  • Support QA, Marketing, Merchandising and Retail Operations teams in the test environment
  • Test technology from front-end and back-end
  • Execute data distribution (dcn/json)
  • Write and maintain system and procedural documentation
  • Flexible work schedule and on-call during evenings and weekends, as needed

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Hard Skills:

  • Experience in Agile SDLC – scrum master experience is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server – SSRS is a plus
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence, Service Now is a plus
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Experience with retail systems - Aptos Store, Sales Audit and/or Aptos One
  • Experience with Merchandising and Allocations & Replenishment system
  • Experience with unique issues and needs of technology projects
  • Knowledge of Retail, Supply Chain, ERP, Mobile and Global Business Development is a plus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Project coordination
