Job Description

Skechers Digital Group is seeking a talented Performance Marketing Manager. This digital expert will possess holistic knowledge across channels to plan and purchase digital media, while collaborating across teams on brand and performance ad buys. Our ideal candidate has a strong business sense when it comes to thinking through the planning, execution, and analysis of paid advertising to drive brand awareness and e-commerce growth. Must by highly capable of strategy, execution, analysis, and reporting.

The new Performance Marketing Manager will work alongside our agency to project manage and help oversee collaborative day-to-day execution of Performance Marketing campaigns and performance across paid digital channels, including but not limited to: search, display/native, video, shopping, affiliate, CTV/OTT, and social (as needed). Expert experience with tools including DV360, The Trade Desk, Google Ads/SA360, Microsoft Ads, social platforms (esp. FB/IG, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter), and affiliate platforms are essential for this role. Ongoing collaboration with Content, SEO, and Global Business Insights team.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS

  • Collaborate with agency, brand, and digital teams to budget, plan, QA, launch, and report on media/marketing campaigns with cross-channel impact focus across Performance Marketing channels, especially, OTT, CTV, affiliate, paid social, display/native, search, shopping
  • Collaborate on maintaining digital media calendar for centralized visibility of media and marketing initiatives
  • Create Performance Marketing and digital marketing briefs and centralize
  • Build rapport and trust with other departments and teams, including but not limited to creative, development, product, retail, and wholesale
  • Pull campaign stats and reports using Google Analytics and media platforms including TTD, Google Ads/Microsoft Ads, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other dashboards
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and create competitor research reports
  • Assist in A/B test ideation, execution, and post-test reporting
  • Collaborate with Global Business Insights team to build post-campaign reporting decks.
  • Collaborate with Creative Services team on ad format best practices, test variations, and feedback results
  • Strong experience working with social, search, display, native, and affiliate
  • Assist in all other day-to-day digital marketing functions, as needed

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Highly computer literate; ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to complete work independently with careful attention to detail and follow-up; extremely accurate; demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal, written and interpersonal
  • An interest in learning and utilizing new/emerging marketing technology

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • BA or BS degree preferred or 5+ years of DTC performance marketing and/or media buying experience; Minimum 4 years work experience in an office environment
  •  In-depth knowledge of paid marketing channels, technologies, and content distribution and placement networks
  • Related Certifications a plus, but not required
