Job Description

Provides assistance to the Customer Service Vice President and Customer Service Representatives in administrative areas. Supports the paperwork function of Customer Service Representatives to allow the representatives to communicate with accounts versus handling paperwork. Works with minimal instruction or supervision. 

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS 

  • Clerical support for Customer Service Representatives
  • Preparation of customer orders
  • Process cancellations
  • Process return authorizations

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Make copies
  • Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualifications

  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel
