Job Description

The Operations Coordinator provides support to the field. The Operations Coordinator will complete administrative duties including but not limited to, processing supplies, new stores accounts, and records maintenance. Field and resolve store and customer service issues   

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS

  • Operations
  • Verify and process monthly supply orders including marketing, visual and operations supplies.
  • Maintain and update monthly supply order forms.
  • Review and evaluate supply inventory in the DC and EDC. Provide bi-weekly inventory reports. 
  • Purchase supplies to maintain the appropriate level of supplies for the store’s usages. 
  • Order and process new store supplies orders. 
  • Process new store accounts set-up.
  • Processing requests from Service Channel and Service Now. Disseminate the information to the appropriate department.
  • Respond to Retail Help group calls from stores and customers.
  • Respond to emails from stores and field leaders to the Retail Operations group. Process any requests as needed. 
  • Provide compliance reporting on Operations initiatives.
  • Verify weekly reporting to the Box website.  
  • Update and maintain quarterly retail supply catalog
  • Administrative 
  • Research and submit new store business licenses for all new stores.
  • Provide support to Operation’s leaders and management team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must demonstrate proficient skill level in MS Office.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of cost and expense control.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships among all cross functional groups.
  • Self-starter with high level of initiative, personal accountability, and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Must display a high degree of professionalism, tact and diplomacy including confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to accommodate shifting timelines and priorities.
  • Must possess and demonstrate superior attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects and priorities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma with at least 5 years of intermediate level administrative work experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Retail background is desirable.  Footwear industry experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
