Job Description

Skechers is looking for an ambitious Corporate Sourcing Specialist to support the Corporate Talent Acquisition team. If you're curious, proactive, and excited by opportunity to deliver excellence to both internal stakeholders and prospective candidates alike, this is the perfect role for you.

Essential Job Results:

  • Assist the Corporate Talent Acquisition recruitment team with sourcing both Technical and Non-Technical roles across all Corporate Departments.
  • Assist with creating inclusive job descriptions while, proactively sourcing a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), SmartRecruiters in capturing and tracking prospective candidate data.
  • Partner with both Corporate Recruiters and Hiring Managers during the Recruiting Strategy intake in order to ensure a clear understanding of key competencies required to conduct a successful search.
  • Work closely with our Campus Recruiter in creating diversity and campus recruitment strategies
  • Work collaboratively our Talent Brand Ambassador in brainstorming creative talent marketing campaigns and social media strategies
  • Maintain Open Position Report by partnering with recruiters to ensure all team members are updated and notified regarding candidate activity.
  • Partner with Corporate Recruiter in preparing documents and market research for an effective recruiting strategy intake with Hiring Managers. 
  • Schedule phone and in-person interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Assist and participate in recruiting events and branding activities.
  • Strategic thinking within project management. 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to improve existing processes and establish new ones.
  • Support the recruiting team with various data needs and ad hoc projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience or exposure in sourcing top diverse talent at all levels from a variety of sources, both traditional and non-traditional
  • Well-versed in navigating Linkedln Recruiter to its fullest capacity
  • A passion for applying diversity, equality, and inclusion with all searches
  • Creative, "out of the box" thinker with an entrepreneurial approach in identifying top talent.
  • Proactive when it comes to finding alternate solutions and exhausting all resources for difficult to fill roles.
  • Ability to engage and influence prospective candidate
  • A flexible mindset and the ability to adapt to change

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources or similar relevant field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of talent sourcing/research experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous ATS experience
