Job Description

The Employer Brand Intern for the Talent Acquisition team will assist in developing the employment brand and recruitment marketing strategies that drive attraction, outreach and sourcing efforts. By applying marketing and communication related initiatives, this intern will increase candidate pools, improve quality of candidates and promote Skechers as the employer of choice. They will build and improve cross functional partnerships with various levels of employment. Overall, the Employer Brand intern should focus to increase employment awareness, brand messaging and emphasize Skechers’ culture.

Essential Job Results-

  • Craft content and language to be used by the Talent Acquisition team in job descriptions, campaign outreach, and various career platforms
  • Incorporate recruiting and people related content to existing platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Comparably, Indeed, Instagram and others
  • Drive traffic to posts in regard to open positions, career fairs and targeted job campaigns
  • Actively and consistently collect market research from competitors, top performing brands and innovative strategies
  • Enhance our career site to aid in the candidate experience and broaden candidate’s understanding of Skechers’ culture

Education and Experience-

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Graphic design experience with knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop & Premier Pro
