Job Description

Support the Retail stores and Director of Retail Facilities through the administration of the facilities software, Energy Management and Utilities Management systems.

Responsibilities/Duties-

  •  Maintain and update facilities information across several technology platforms
  • Perform essential department tasks such as new vendor set up, opening & closing store services and vendor schedules
  • Assist Facilities Manager and Coordinator with retail store maintenance parts, supplies and communication to field staff
  • Monitor department email and phones
  • Run reports from department systems
  • Create check requests and purchase orders
  • Set up store security
  • Set up new vendors in technology platform and accounts payable
  • Assist corporate day porter with supply order forms

Job Requirements-

  • Use of facilities software or related experience
  • MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain organization of department
  • Excellent communicator

Education and Experience- 

  • Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in facilities maintenance
