Job Description

Come join the Skechers team and make a positive impact on the company by effectively leveraging the Salesforce platform! This role will be responsible for maintaining and  analyzing the Salesforce system to providing efficient solutions for business objectives and user needs. This includes working with stakeholders, analyzing system problems, creating systems solutions, writing technical specifications, conducting quality assurance testing and providing user support.

Essential Job Results-

  • Leveraging knowledge of industry best practices and working with business functions to uncover opportunities for business improvement through SFDC enhancements.
  • Evaluating new business project requests, assess business value, and prioritizing.
  • Defining, documenting and grooming user stories and business processes, especially for customer support and success.
  • Developing detailed business requirements and acceptance criteria for target improvements.
  • Building, testing, delivering and providing post-deployment support for solutions delivered, from small enhancements to large projects.
  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
  • Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
  • Communicating and training impacted organizations on process and system changes.
  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Performing user support and account maintenance.
  • Importing contacts and other data.
  • Maintaining the Service Cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
  • Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.
  • Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
  • Using knowledge of best practices for key performance indicators and building reports and dashboards for business functional teams.

Job Requirements-

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Service Cloud certification
  • Experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems in an enterprise environment
  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access
  • Knowledge of importing data and generating Salesforce reports
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support
  • Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, assess impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests

Education and Experience- 

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field. Equivalent work experience also accepted
  • 4+ years of applicable experience preferred
