Job Description

Responsible for overseeing a team of pricing and operations analysts and ensuring that benchmarks in accuracy and efficiency are met. Must analyze international sales performance and produce scheduled as well as ad-hoc analysis and reporting, which requires the collection and manipulation of data from multiple systems and formats, analyzing the data and presenting the findings in a clear, easy-to-interpret format.  Oversees international pricing for multiple countries in various currencies for Skechers distributors, subsidiaries and joint ventures.  Must analyze pricing and margins on a consistent basis to ensure profitability.  Review of new and existing processes and related system functionality to determine if processes are efficient and if system automation would be beneficial for Skechers.

Essential Job Results

  • Ensure benchmarks in accuracy and efficiency are met.
  • Analyze international performance and produce scheduled as well as ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
  • Oversee international pricing for multiple countries in various currencies for Skechers distributors, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and franchisees.
  • Must analyze pricing and margins on a consistent basis to ensure profitability.
  • Leverage Alteryx, MicroStrategy, Tableau, and other tools to analyze large data sets, disseminate reports, and increase automation.
  • Review of new and existing processes and related system functionality to determine if processes are efficient and if system automation would be beneficial for Skechers.
  • Assist the Import and Export Operations teams in troubleshooting system issues and providing ad-hoc analyses upon request.
  • Use data-driven analysis to provide solutions and support executive decision making.

  • Ability to manage and motivate staff efficiently.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to multi-task and move from project to project quickly.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly analytical.
  • Knowledge or work experience in systems, SQL, accounting, and finance.
  • Ability to write queries for data extraction.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • MS Word, Access, Excel, Alteryx, MicroStrategy, Tableau (or similar business intelligence software) knowledge.
