Interface with China office, customer service and distribution center to ensure accurate and timely processing of production and customer orders.

Essential Job Results

• Process production orders and follow up with the Skechers China office or factories to ensure production placement, x-factory dates and on time delivery. 
• Communicate with Skechers China office, product development/design department, allocations team and customer service on any production delays on shipments and resolve any problems.
• Review weekly order status report received from factories. Identify problems, discrepancies, delays, etc. and take action to resolve.
• Create weekly availability reports that are distributed to our sales teams throughout our subsidiary countries.
• Review weekly product line sheets, identify any discrepancies and take action to correct.
• Produce and maintain all sizes for subsidiary production. On a daily basis analyze in detail orders booked against production and make necessary adjustments.
• Monitor production status and generate production reports to Production Manager.
• Assist Sales in coordinating and planning customer orders and deliveries.
• Address customer queries and concerns in a timely fashion.
• Generate reports on production shortages and sales impact to Factor

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Filemaker Pro
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to work well under pressure

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-2 years related experience.
