Job Description

This position’s primary purpose is to provide photography support for the DIG Studio department. The Studio Assistant will be required to complete a variety of photography assignments such working with our Ortery 360 machines, shooting a variety of product and footwear, shooting on figure and working with our archival system. Some retouching will be required. Advanced knowledge of the Photoshop Creative Suite, Capture One 12 and Canon cameras are a part of the day-to-day operations.

Essential Job Results 

  • Assists lead photographer in studio
  • Takes photos of physical shoe samples and processes for upload
  • Works with sample coordinators, stylists and models
  • Formats images and uploads to internal image management systems
  • Above average knowledge of Photoshop and Capture One

Job Requirements

  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, Canon, Profoto
  • Must be proficient in color management
  • Above average photography and retouching skills
  • Must have great communication/presentation skills and work well with others

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years related work experience
