Job Description

As part of the Global Business Insights team, this position will contribute to development and delivery of useful and timely information to decision-makers and business leaders in an easy-to-understand, efficient and accessible manner. Business Insights Analyst will provide decision support and actionable insights that drive business value and growth opportunities for various business functions, consumer channels and products.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS

35%

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, data engineers and IT teams to identify, analyze and document requirements for analytical solutions. Analyze data sets, source systems and business process and contribute to solution design and methodology.

 

35%

Actively participate in developing analytical solutions addressing high priority business needs. Contribute to building and testing functional prototypes and minimal viable products (MVPs).

 

25%

Conduct data analysis to support analytical solutions, identify key insights and areas of opportunities, document and share with the team key business metrics, findings, definitions and recommendations.

 

5%

In collaboration with management and team, develop business glossary, governance and data quality artifacts and processes.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Master’s degree (or candidacy) in business analytics, data science or related field
  • Experience performing data and business analysis
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and other MS Office tools
  • Experience with Tableau, MicroStrategy or other BI and analytical tools
  • Understanding of key methods in statistics and advanced analytics
  • Familiarity with SQL, R, Python is a plus
