Job Description

The International Retail Graphics Coordinator is responsible for the execution of in-store seasonal marketing campaigns for all Retail International.  This position will collaborate with domestic retail management, corporate marketing management in regards to asset acquisition, grand openings, and special community events and launches.  


ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS

  • Supply all International Retail stores with seasonal graphics.
  • Supply all International Retail new stores with graphics prior to opening.
  • Responsible for coordinating all POP, props, and fixture components for new store openings.
  • Confirm all new stores are visually complete prior to grand opening while communicating with the field and corporate teams to ensure proper execution.
  • Work closely with Skechers’ graphics department to develop creative and manage the process from inception to execution, ensuring that deadlines are met. 
  • Coordinate projects from concept to completion.  Responsible for overseeing traffic of all graphic and POP visual material, from corporate to store level.  
    • Provide job status reports to supervisor as needed.
  • Replenish and maintain inventory at the distribution centers on an as need basis for Visual & Marketing POP. 
    • Maintain inventory by inputting, deleting and adding to current inventory levels.  
    • Generate key reports weekly.
  • Ensure allocation and delivery of all Visual & Marketing POP, props, and fixtures.
  • Maintain a database of marketing graphic assets seasonally.
  • Maintain master files of store details for all graphics, POP and fixtures.
  • Partner with field managers for region specific needs.
  • Compose memos to communicate direction.
  • Other special projects as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint). Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator a plus.
  • Ability to perform detailed quantitative analysis on marketing campaigns to judge effectiveness.
  • Ability to read and comprehend floor plans and work with our store designers understanding the limitations we have with graphics.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2 years of successful experience in a Marketing or related position.
  • Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator a plus.
  • BA or BS in a business or marketing or related field preferred, but not required.
  • Retail experience preferred.
