Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS

  • Administrative support to executive office.
  • Organize and assist with special events.
  • Research and seek new sponsors.
  • Forge relationships with new entertainment/talent.
  • Maintain and update all social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, & Twitter).
  • Maintain and update contacts list- outlook/constant contact.
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks.


ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to build relationships with outside vendors.
  • Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships among all cross-functional groups.
  • Self-starter with high level of initiative and a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communicator, impeccable written and oral skills.
  • Must display a high degree of professionalism, tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to exercise good judgement, show initiative and be proactive.
  • High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to be flexible- work long hours when needed.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree of equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong PC’s skills- MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Marketing and Public Relations experience.
  • Graphic Design skills.
