Job Description

1)     Financial management

①     Deliver budgeted revenue and margin

②     Secure targeted bookings for each season in order to hit annual budget

③     Launch each season’s assortments on timely manner and track sell through on weekly basis.  When sell through falls behind the plan, proactively formulate measures to cope with the situation

2)     Account management

①     Plan and execute periodic business meetings in order to align on vision and strategies

②     Plan and execute appropriate assortments that would maximize the range of products available

③     Plan and execute space management.  Maximize the brand exposure through shop-in-shops and corners

④     Plan and execute account specific trade and consumer promotions in order to facilitate sell through

3)     New business development

①     Constantly seek for new accounts that are appropriate for the brand

②     In addition to selling in futures, plan and execute prop and close outs when available

Qualifications

1)     Account management – Minimum 10 years of sales experience

2)     Fashion oriented – Possess acumen and interest in the latest fashion trend

3)     Industry experience – Know the customers in the Japanese footwear industry

4)     Financial acumen – Capable of managing accounts from financial perspective

5)     Results oriented – Committed to deliver the results

6)     Language – English proficiency is required.  Must be able to write monthly report in English
