Job Description

·         Translate the training manual and operations manual from English to Japanese

·         Establish, implement, and maintain effective processes, deadlines, and guidelines for Education and Retail Operations.

·         Support to assess learning & development needs that are specific to the Japan Retail market and prepare project proposals for leadership approval.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.

·         Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

·         Bi-lingual in English and Japanese, with the capability to translate training and communications documents for field execution.

·         High-level attention to detail and accuracy in execution of work and tasks with ability to manage workload with shifting priorities.

·         Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve outcomes.

·         Open to feedback, and strives to improve own performance based on that feedback.

·         Quick learner; patient, comfortable with ambiguity and a willingness to take initiative.

·         Retail operations related admin work.

·         Ability to travel as required.
