Job Description

-      Building PR strategy

-      Management of external service providers and agencies

-      Building relationship with media and local influencers

-      Prepare press releases

-      Prepare and provide necessary products for seeding and PR

-      Press handling and contact for journalists (Trade press & Consumer press)

-      Come up with idea and execution of collaboration product

-      Planning and implementation of PR, press conference and promotion events

-      Organization and Coordination of Social Media & Key Influencer Marketing

-      Create contents and post on SNS platform

-      Update website contents in each season

-      Analysis of access and come up with improvement points

-      Close cooperation and communication with SKECHERS USA

-      Prepare project plans, presentations and monthly marketing reports

-      Budget management, time management, project management

-      Help and support other marketing activities

Qualifications

-      University degree in Marketing, Communication Design, Media Studies, PR or comparable training at agencies

-      Understanding the digital and traditional media landscape

-      Professional and creative use of social media

-      Creativity, excellent editorial skills and good judgment in the development of content

-      Ability to work in a matrix organization with different interdisciplinary contacts

-      Contacts to the fashion and trade press, influencers and the sneaker scene

-      Trend awareness, communication and organizational strength

-      Well structured workstyle and good time management

-      Open minded, flexible and motivated to go beyond

-      Good communicator for both inside and outside of company

-      Be a strong team player with a “can do” attitude

-      Fluency of English and Japanese
