Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

We have a unique opportunity for a Technical Project Manager within our Digital Innovation Group. A successful candidate will have a strong business analytics background and experience in managing technical ecommerce web and mobile application projects. This individual will work closely with various business units to define requirements, identify project resources, maintain project budgets, create project timelines, communicate progress to key stakeholders an ensure overall success of the project.


ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS
•    Collaborate with development resources to estimate and plan projects.
•    Assist in the development of business cases, considering financial, resource, and technological constraints including cost estimates with consideration to business impacts and identified risks.
•    Create website development specifications and business requirements.
•    Deliver technical assessment documentation such as web infrastructure & architecture diagrams, platforms specifications, application needs, flow diagrams, system integrations, etc.
•    Develop quality assurance processes and documentation and testing where needed.
•    Review, analyze, and evaluate business/user needs to translate into software systems specifications
•    Maintain and develop concepts that address website usability and best practices.
•    Help maintain and develop procedure guides and knowledge database.
•    Review customer feedback, site metrics and competitive analysis to create compelling business cases.
•    Advocate work processes and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
•    Work with Customer Service department to manage incoming issues and requests and assign to proper development resources to address.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS
•    Experience with and strong understanding of with web based projects and applications
•    Possess and display excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey information to internal and external customers in a clear, focused and concise manner
•    Ability to present technical information and effectively communicate within all levels of the organization
•    Highly reliable, proactive self-starter; can be counted on to complete assignments on time
•    Keen attention to detail.
•    Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems
•    Strong customer service orientation
•    Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
•    Demonstrated ability to lead, coordinate, and manage complex projects.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
•    3+ years of experience
•    Experience with eCommerce platforms a plus
•    Experience with Google Analytics 360, Google Tag Manager and/or Data Layers preferred
•    Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA a plus
•    Experience with SalesForce a plus
