Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

The Operations Coordinator will complete administrative duties including but not limited to, creating field communication, processing store supplies and new stores supplies.  The Operations Coordinator the supports the communication process to the field. 

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS

•    Operations
o    Verify and process monthly store supply orders.
o    Order Domestic new store supplies.
o    Answer calls from the Retail Operation helpdesk. Disseminate the information to the appropriate department.
o    Create and update the SPPO monthly planner.
o    Creates and produce anniversary, secret shops and customer service letters.
o    Administer the store’s quarterly recognition program.

•    Communications
o    Participates in planning and organizational workload. Drafts communication to the field.
o    Develops best practices and initiates strategies to improve company field communication processes and execution. 
o    Collaborates with cross functional departments to streamline, gather, and present company communication. 
o    Manages monthly newsletter process including but not exclusive to Operations newsletter, New Store Spotlight, weekly posting checklist etc.
o    Updates policies and procedures manual when new policies are established and/or revised.  Ensures that current policies are posted on Hello. 

•    Administrative 
o    Provide support to Operation’s leaders and management team.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 
•    Must demonstrate proficient skill level in MS Office.
•    Must demonstrate a high degree of cost and expense control.
•    Must be passionate, committed and able to make executive decisions.
•    Ability to develop strong working relationships among all cross functional groups.
•    Self-starter with high level of initiative, personal accountability, and a strong sense of urgency.
•    Must display a high degree of professionalism, tact and diplomacy including confidentiality.
•    Ability to develop cross functional relationships and rapport with management team and act as a liaison between Vice President, Retail Operations and Retail Division.
•    Flexibility to accommodate shifting timelines and priorities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

•    High school diploma with at least 5 years of intermediate level administrative work experience in a fast-paced environment.
•    Retail background is desirable.  Footwear industry experience is preferred.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
•    Must possess and demonstrate superior attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects and priorities.
