Job Description

To assist with all aspects of the UK showrooms, ensuring strong visual impact and merchandising samples across our product portfolio. Coordinating facilities and operations connected with customer/internal meetings and events and assisting with areas of need around the office.

Showrooms

  • To check, report and action aspects of the showrooms multiple times a day.
  • To create table displays of key styles.
  • Clean, tidy and ensure a professional and welcoming environment at all times.
  • Work with marketing to ensure all visuals are up to date and refreshed as needed.
  • Ensure showrooms are clean and ready for use after each account meeting.
Samples
  • Responsible for ensuring showrooms are complete with all relevant and up to date samples.
  • Managing the distribution of sample deliveries (showroom, customer and PR).
  • Send images and memos to sales of all new styles and colourways added to the line.
  • Distribute incoming development, fit, national account and confirmation samples to appropriate person.
  • Work with sales to co-ordinate the use of 'rare' corporate samples and keep samples for their account meetings.
  • Fulfill all sample requests and provide ETA and tracking information. 
  • Keeping all samples in a neat organised manner ensuring any old samples are removed and disposed of. 
  • You will be required to work with and be able to move some bulky items around the office.
  • Appropriate equipment will be provided.

Hospitality

  • To arrange transportation for customers and key staff as required when attending the showroom.
  • Assisting with the organisation and control of professional outside caterers for customer visits and internal meetings as required. 
  • Control and upkeep of all refreshments at all times throughout the building. 
  • Replenishing and ordering supplies as needed. 

General

  • To cover for front of house, lunches and general tasks.
  • Communication with other departments.
  • Ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as requested by management. 
  • To accept and sign for deliveries and request receipt to collect from front of house. 

Storage

  • Maintenance of the storage areas for showroom use, keeping organised, clean and current at all times.
