Job Description
We need a KEY HOLDER to maximise store sales & profitability whilst ensuring all company policies & procedures are being implemented & maintained.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To ensure correct register procedures are adhered to.
• To be knowledgeable of all figures achieved in the Store on a daily and weekly basis.
• To ensure all Team Members are always aware of Store figures and individual targets.
• To inform the Manager of any problems with other Team Members.
• To ensure window and internal displays are in accordance with Company Policy.
• To keep Team Members motivated.
• To carry out Opening and Closing Checklists daily as directed.
• To ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
• To carry out all administration in accordance with company policy.
• To undertake other duties and projects as requested by the Store Management team, in order to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Qualifications
You will need to be a strong sales person who can lead by example and assist the Management team in managing the personnel & administrative demands of a busy store.
• Ability to execute excellence to company standards at all times.
• Must possess good written and verbal communication.
• Must produce work that is accurate, thorough and meets requirements on consistent basis. Leads and develops team to do the same.
• It is a condition of employment, and responsibilities require, that you are flexible with regard to hours and days worked.
• Minimum of one year of retail/customer service experience.
• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Residence in Vienna area.
• Fluent in German and English.
Additional Information
Für diese unbefristete Position gilt ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt pro Monat (1546€). Wir bieten jedoch eine marktkonforme Bezahlung (Verhandlungsbasis) in Abhängigkeit von der Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung. Es besteht die Möglichkeit intern Aufzusteigen.
