Job Description

Skechers is growing the Digital Group and is looking to hire a new Email Marketing Manager who will help oversee the day-to-day email campaigns to improve customer acquisition, drive loyalty, and increase lifetime value.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive monthly email calendar, incorporating relevant product launches, seasonal themes, and sales events.
  • Craft compelling email briefs that effectively communicate product stories and key messages.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and product teams to ensure cohesive and visually appealing campaigns.
  • Coordinate Sila requests and manage the end-to-end process of email ideation and creation, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Define and manage customer segmentation, executing targeted email campaigns tailored to specific audience segments.
  • Assist with the creation and analysis of weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports, providing key insights to optimize the performance of future campaigns.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on emails built by the Email Specialist to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Develop and execute a strategy for engaging retail customers, collaborating with the retail team on campaigns for store openings and in-store promotions.
  • Implement a robust testing strategy for email marketing campaigns, including experimentation with subject lines, dynamic content, creative layout, and targeting parameters. Track performance and identify and leverage trends and opportunities from the tests.
  • Foster strong cross-departmental partnerships to facilitate seamless campaign execution and alignment with broader business objectives.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE-

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in CRM or email marketing
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive email content.
  • Highly computer literate with the ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete work independently with careful attention to detail and follow-up; extremely accurate; demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize tasks.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to think critically within a fast-paced environment, while meeting assigned deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms. Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Basic knowledge of mobile app push best practices
  • Experience in retail marketing or e-commerce is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in email marketing.

Pay range for this position is $78k - $120k annually.
