If so, we are looking for an exceptionally enthusiastic and energetic person to add to our Medical Device Division staff at Siter-Neubauer & Associates an MRINetwork affiliate – a national recruiting firm that has been in business since 1999 providing our clients with top-notch candidates; locally, nationally as well as internationally. We need a talented, self-motivated individual with the ability to:

  • Source, target, recruit and deliver highly qualified candidates using techniques and resources including but not limited to market research, job boards, referrals, networking and cold calling
  • Market new and existing clients at a business to business level to obtain new job orders and manage the recruitment efforts of existing job orders 
  • Make 90+ outbound calls and/or 3.5 hours of connect time conversations per day
  • Speak confidently with potential candidates, hold their interest in speaking with you and gather information 
  • Manage multiple job openings at once
  • Evaluate skills sets and match them to the appropriate position
  • Manage the flow of resume submittals
  • Utilize and update our mature, industry specific database
