What we are looking for—ABOUT YOU

  • Compassionate and Skilled Professional: A good human and an exceptional occupational therapist with a warm, empathetic nature and a genuine passion for supporting people.

  • Strong Ethical Foundations: Known for high moral values, integrity, and trustworthiness, fostering strong and lasting client and team relationships.
  • Expertise Across Diverse Caseloads: Proven experience managing fast-paced and varied caseloads, including NDIS, aged care, early intervention, private practice, DVA, and Medicare clients.

  • Collaborative and Flexible: A strong team player who can work autonomously and contribute meaningfully within a close-knit team environment. Flexible with work regions and willing to support clients in their homes from Gympie to Caboolture.

What we can offer you!

  • You will join an amazingly supportive team with loyal colleagues who cheer you on and lift you up.
  • An Occupational Therapy and Dietitian team who will always professionally and clinically support you.
  • You’ll be supported by a skilled Occupational Therapy team with expertise in mental health, assistive technology, and therapy interventions, ensuring you have the resources and collaboration needed to excel in your role.
  • A caseload of clients waiting for your support.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • A well-established business with one of the best reputations for quality service within the industry
  • A workspace where your focus is on your client's well-being and never on billable time.
  • No mandatory billable KPI targets! We don’t track your billable hours because we believe in supporting you to be your best. Focusing on billable hours distracts from client care. If you're passionate about making a difference, you shouldn't need to chase targets. However, if you enjoy having targets, opt-in targets can be negotiated.
  • Utilise and modify the children's therapy room at our head office in Bli Bli, QLD.
  • Monthly team CPD events.
  • Ability to vary your role to find a balance across different interest areas.
