As a Sales Support Coordinator at Silverchain, you’ll play a vital behind-the-scenes role in supporting our sales and onboarding processes. This is a detail-oriented, admin-focused position with minimal customer interaction, where your expertise in compliance, CRM systems, and aged care programs will help ensure a smooth and accurate onboarding experience for our clients.

- Salary packaging up to $18,500 tax-free as part of a non-profit organisation.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a similar administrative or sales support role, ideally within aged care, healthcare, or a compliance-heavy industry.
- Strong CRM skills, preferably with Salesforce.
- High-level proficiency in data management, compliance, and audit processes.
- Confidence using Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.
- A team-focused mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of aged care funding programs (HCP & CHSP) is highly desirable.
The role
- Manage Salesforce data entry, ensuring accuracy across customer records, quotes, and service contracts.
- Coordinate and maintain the end-to-end sales support process for new customers.
- Assist in funding applications, quality audits, and compliance checks for HCP, CHSP & Private services.
- Support internal teams with reporting, training, and CRM updates.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and government regulations.
- Collaborate with Aged Care Specialists and Care Partners to maintain data accuracy and streamline onboarding workflows.
