Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized General Warehouse and Asset Controller Staff to join our dynamic team in Cikarang Selatan, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse inventory, maintaining accurate asset records, and ensuring the security and integrity of all stored goods.   • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met
  • Maintain comprehensive records of inventory movements, including stock additions and reductions on stock cards and inventory management systems
  • Conduct routine warehouse inspections to identify expired, damaged, dented, or defective items and document findings for management review
  • Organize and store goods in accordance with their characteristics, usage cycles, and safety requirements to prevent loss or damage
  • Process all goods requests following established procedures, with priority given to urgent or critical items
  • Prepare periodic reports detailing inventory discrepancies, expired stock, minimum stock levels, and other warehouse concerns for supervisory follow-up
  • Implement and maintain quality and safety procedures, including attending training sessions and documenting compliance data
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely fulfillment of requests
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) from a related field such as logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or warehouse management
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics roles
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems and warehouse management software
  • Strong computer skills with demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for data entry, analysis, and report generation
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in inventory tracking, asset documentation, and record-keeping
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify discrepancies and implement solutions
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination and reporting
  • Physical capability to perform warehouse duties, including lifting, moving, and organizing materials
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols, quality standards, and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing warehouse demands and operational requirements
  • Proficiency in using basic warehouse equipment and tools
