Job Description
•Presenting financial reports and other related reports comprehensively and reliably so that they can assist hospital management in the decision-making process carried out to support the achievement of the hospital's financial targets by providing several initiatives that can be carried out, so that they can make better strategic plans in the future, especially for making decisions that have a financial impact.
•Implement the "Siloam Hospitals Accounting and Reporting Guideline" which has been prepared in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards and manage the accounting function and financial information to produce the required financial reports in an accountable, accurate and timely manner and carry out in-depth analysis of the financial reports.
•Control, ensure and evaluate all financial transaction processes running in an orderly and orderly manner as well as reducing financial risks and continuing to make continuous improvements related to financial, accounting and hospital operational processes.
•Control, ensure and evaluate reporting and payment of company tax obligations so that they are efficient, accurate and timely in accordance with applicable regulations.
•Analyze, monitor and evaluate the hospital's cash flow, especially in managing debts and receivables to ensure the availability of hospital operational funds for investment, expansion, operational and other financial conditions.
•Prepare, plan, coordinate and monitor the hospital Budget / Forecast starting from the preparation of the Budget / Forecast to the realization of the Budget / Forecast.
•Control, monitor and ensure all goods and services procurement processes can run well to fulfill hospital operational activities.
•Building good cooperation (Teamwork) and also establishing communication (Communication) as well as providing leadership and guidance in directing and developing each Head of Department to ensure the Hospital's financial and operational strategies and initiatives are established and implemented effectively in line with the approved budget , agreed performance targets and applicable regulations.
•Build good relationships, have high courage and integrity and provide initiative/support/suggestions and be a trusted advisor to other Hospital Directors/Divisions/Departments in developing and assessing business plans, business achievements of each Division / Department, feasibility of budget arrangements or others.
•Build good relationships and provide support to the Regional / HO team, especially regarding reporting and data analysis every month.
•Bachelor Degree from Business, Economic, Accounting preferebly

•Have minimum 4 - 5 years experience in the same field (preferably have Have minimum 1 - 2 years experience in the same position)
•Have Excellent time management and project management skills.
•Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management.
•its preferred to have brevet A and tax brevet certification.
Qualifications
•Bachelor Degree from Business, Economic, Accounting preferebly
•Have minimum 4 - 5 years experience in the same field (preferably have Have minimum 1 - 2 years experience in the same position)
