Job Description

Support marketing and administrative functions by managing data entry, cleansing, analysis, and reporting to generate actionable insights, while assisting in the execution of marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare reports and presentations, requiring strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Secretarial) 
  • ⁠Work Experience: 1–3 years experience Marketing / digital marketing or Administrative roles
  • ⁠Key Skills Required: Data entry, cleansing, analysis & reporting - Google Analytics, Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP, masic formula), MS Word, MS PowerPoint
  • ⁠Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Organization & time management
  • Ability to multitask & meet deadlines
  • Creativity & problem-solving
