In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of impactful marketing and communication strategies that elevate our brand, engage our stakeholders, and drive business growth. This is a full-time position based in Palembang.

• Develop and implement integrated marketing communication plans to support the company's strategic objectives

• Oversee the creation of captivating digital and print content, including website updates, social media campaigns, advertising, and promotional materials

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all touchpoints

• Manage the marketing communication team, providing guidance, mentorship, and inspiration to drive high performance

• Monitor and analyze marketing communication metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to enhance the company's marketing effectiveness

• Liaise with external vendors and agencies to deliver exceptional creative work and maximize return on investment

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing communication, preferably within the healthcare or service industry

• Proven track record in developing and executing successful integrated marketing communication strategies

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling, audience-centric messaging

• Strong project management and team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team

• Proficient in digital marketing, social media, and content creation, with a deep understanding of emerging trends and best practices

• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize marketing performance

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
