Job Description

•Carrying out records (medications used, doctors in charge, etc.) which are useful for the continuity of the administration process for all inpatients and checking all patient information/needs (medical records, etc.) in collaboration with the nurses/medical records on duty and in charge answer.

•Ensure all patient information is obtained to complete patient registration thoroughly.

•Update treatment and care plans for all inpatient patients in each care unit, in collaboration with the responsible nursing unit head.

•Document all doctor's services, all patient transactions during the treatment process (drugs, surgery, etc.).

•Complete and organize medical support forms for patients and ensure the completeness of patient medical records before returning them to the medical records department.

•Explain all administrative procedures and cost changes to patients/families.

•Ensure that all billing for discharged patients is completed and confirm patient discharge with all relevant inpatient departments after receiving confirmation from attending doctors/nurses, and ensure no patient documents are left behind upon patient discharge.

•Implement quality service and safety procedures, including training, data collection, documentation, and/or report creation needed to support achievement of hospital-wide indicators and department/unit goals.

•Minimum Diploma (D3) Degree from Health Administration or any related major

•Health Administration or any related major

•experience in an administrative or clerical role, especially in a healthcare setting, is preferred but not always required.

•Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records in a busy ward environment.

•Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

•High level of accuracy in handling patient information and medical documentation.

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

•Minimum Diploma (D3) Degree from Health Administration or any related major

•experience in an administrative or clerical role, especially in a healthcare setting, is preferred but not always required.

•Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records in a busy ward environment.

•Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
