Job Description
•Implement marketing strategies and processes based on the hospital's monthly/annual themes to socialize hospital products or events to workers. patients, patient families, visitors and the community.
•Together with specialist doctors, determine the sub-theme of the event according to the hospital's monthly theme or based on the needs of patients and visitors to ensure patients and visitors receive the education they need.
•Carry out event preparations from start to finish to ensure the event runs as planned.
•Coordinating the implementation of the event and the parties involved, including carrying out documentation during the event.
•Carrying out branding activities through websites, videos or social media according to hospital needs.
•Carrying out copywriter functions, including blasting promos/events, doctor articles, advertorials, and others.
•Establish good relationships with existing media, including online media, newspapers, magazines and television related to the branding and advertising needs of the Hospital.
•Collect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities as accountability to superiors.
•Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets.
•Bachelor/ Master Degree from Public Relations, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Management or any related major

•Experience in marketing, preferably within a healthcare or hospital setting.
•Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tools, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
•Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in marketing materials and campaign execution.
Qualifications
