About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Executive to join our dynamic team at Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk). In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the pharmacy operations and strategic direction of our healthcare facilities located in Karawaci - Banten.

 

What you'll be doing

  • Providing strategic leadership and management oversight for the pharmacy department across our hospital network

  • Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient and compliant pharmacy operations

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, drive cost savings, and enhance patient care

  • Monitoring and analyzing pharmacy performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement

  • Overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of the pharmacy team to ensure high-quality service delivery

  • Fostering a positive and patient-centric culture within the pharmacy department

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards

Qualifications

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related healthcare field

  • 8+ years of experience in a pharmacy management or leadership role, preferably within a healthcare setting

  • Comprehensive understanding of pharmacy operations, regulations, and best practices

  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team

  • Proficient in data analysis and strategic decision-making
