Job Description

•Ensure the achievement of hospital business targets by implementing a strong business strategy in the hospital area. Ensure hospital financial performance and compliance with overall financial impact, gross margin, etc. Responsible for maintaining a high level of hospital compliance with established Group commercial standards, policies and procedures.

•Provide leadership and guidance in directing and developing each Head of Department to ensure the Hospital's commercial strategies, plans and initiatives are established and implemented effectively in line with approved budgets, agreed performance targets as well as applicable regulatory requirements.

•Act as a trusted business advisor and provide insight to HU management in driving the full performance (financial, clinical, etc.) of the Hospital.

•Partner with HU management to facilitate delivery of business objectives. Drive organizational performance by participating in the implementation of business plans, evaluations and recommendations.

•Build relationships with strategic local partners (companies, insurance agents, embassies, etc.) to achieve hospital business goals.

•Responsible for formulating marketing strategies to increase awareness and attract business through marketing tactics.

•Responsible for formulating strategies in accordance with Hospital Strategy, Priorities and Company Income Targets/Insurance Accounts and References.

•Encourage and maintain business relationships with Companies / Insurance (potential and existing with local scale businesses).

•Work closely with the Head of Support and Services in driving ancillary and medical services business, for example. by developing different medical service packages that cater to different patient needs, e.g. Gender specific MCUs, maternity packages, vaccinations, etc.

•Partner with Regional BD in implementing Sales and Marketing Strategy.

•Bachelor/ Master Degree from Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or any related major

• Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or any related major

•Have minimum 5-8 years experience in a relevant discipline with a strong Sales background and adequate exposure in Marketing (B2B sales background with marketing exposure)

•Have experience across patient, customer insights, product development, strategic pricing, and business/market intelligence.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with senior management, staff, and external stakeholders.

•Understanding of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards affecting hospital business operations.

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

•Bachelor/ Master Degree from Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or any related major
