Uraian Pekerjaan

•Providing medical services to patients, both pre- and intra-hospital, as well as providing optimal health education to patients and their families to improve the patient's quality of life

•Confirm triage procedures to deal with urgent and/or emergency conditions according to indications

•Carry out an initial assessment of the patient, to determine the diagnosis, historical elements, required physical examination, and services to be provided

•Analyze integrated information and patient assessment data to prioritize patient needs

•Providing therapy and carrying out necessary follow-up, including Life Saving treatment and contacting specialist doctors according to indications, to prevent worsening of the patient's condition and health

•Communicate the patient's condition to all parties who need it and provide education to the patient and the patient's family on matters related to the patient's condition

•Documenting complete patient medical files to be used as a reference for disease history and as an effort to improve medical services provided by the Hospital

•Performs the role of clinical RMO in false emergency cases

•Carry out the patient discharge process if there is no indication for hospitalization

•Monitor the willingness and smoothness of the patient transportation process using an ambulance

•Coordinating the continuity of evacuation procedures which includes: Ensuring the smooth transfer of information to the doctor treating the patient/representing the intended doctor. Preparation of complete equipment, medicines and other inventory needed by the evacuation team according to the patient's condition

•Collect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities as accountability to superiors if necessary

•Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets

•Providing health examination services, including analyzing the results of health examinations and tests as well as providing consultations to MCU participants in accordance with applicable service standards and procedures to determine the health condition of MCU participants according to the needs and context of the examination

•Conduct an initial assessment of participants to determine the elements of history, physical examination and medical tests required, as well as the participant's educational needs

•Analyze integrated assessment information/data to determine the physical examination and health tests required based on the results of the assessment data analysis

•Monitor the implementation of physical examinations and medical tests carried out by specialist doctors and other medical/medical support personnel to ensure patients are treated well

•Ensure the availability and completeness of patient health test results data to ensure timely MCU services

•Analyze information/data from the results of physical examinations and integrated health tests to draw conclusions or determine the necessary further actions

•Provide education and consultation to MCU participants as needed to provide motivation for healthy living behavior and information on further services if necessary

•Documenting the medical files of MCU participants from the examination results to be used as a reference for disease history and reference for subsequent visits

•Monitoring the management of MCU services as a whole, replacing the Medical Check Up Department Head if MCU not available or unavailable to ensure the smooth and continuity of MCU services

•Collect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities as accountability to superiors

•Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets

•Providing medical services to patients, both pre-hospitalization and during hospitalization, as well as delivering optimal health education to patients and their families to enhance the patients' quality of life.

•Performing initial patient assessment upon admission (at least once) according to the patient's condition in the Integrated Notes Form in SOAP format comprehensively.

•Executing instructions from specialist doctors or Direct Supervisors (as stated in the outpatient/inpatient referral letter from OPD/ED/OT/ward).

•Handling life-saving procedures and documenting them in the Medical Record, communicating with the Direct Supervisor, and explaining the patient's general condition to the patient or their family.

•Preparing medical records/patient status: Double-checking medication names, doses, administration methods on the Flow Sheet. Rechecking laboratory test results. Verifying Diagnostic Imaging results (Radiology, Ultrasound, CT Scan, etc.) by initialing with clear signature, name, date, and time of examination results.

•Implementing procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including training, to support the achievement of hospital-wide indicators and department/unit goals.

•Responsible for coordinating non-medical and medical services in the Critical Care department (ICU/ICCU/HCU/NICU/PICU)

•Carry out an initial assessment of incoming patients (at least once) according to the patient's condition on the Integrated Note Form in SOAP form in a comprehensive manner

•Carry out the instructions of a specialist doctor or direct supervisor (as stated in the OPD/ED/OT/treatment room cover letter).

•Handling life-saving procedures and documenting them in the Medical Record, communicating with the Direct Supervisor, and explaining the patient's current general condition to the patient or their family.

•Preparing medical records/patient status: Double-checking medication names, doses, administration methods on the Flow Sheet. Reviewing laboratory test results. Verifying Diagnostic Imaging results (Radiology, Ultrasound, CT Scan, etc.) by initialing with clear signature, name, date, and time when the supporting examination results were viewed.

•Implementing procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including participating in training, to support the achievement of hospital-wide indicators and department/unit goals.

  • Gelar Sarjana di bidang Kedokteran 
  • Pengetahuan mendalam tentang prosedur medis, diagnostik, dan perawatan pasien
  • Kemampuan analitis dan berpikir kritis yang kuat
  • Kemampuan dokumentasi dan pencatatan yang sangat baik
  • Minimal 1-5 tahun pengalaman yang relevan, tergantung pada perannya
