Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative. The core responsibility of this position is to field incoming phone calls and emails from our consumer base and provide a high level of service and technical support. Customer inquiries are generally technical in nature, but also involve requests for product repairs, return authorizations, and replacement parts. We are seeking a motivated individual with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and maintain focus within the department. This position provides a direct link to the end user of our products. Therefore strong communication skills and a professional demeanor are a must.
Qualifications
Requirements:
1 - 2 years experience in a Customer Service Call Center environment
High school diploma
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills, especially with the Microsoft Office suite
Ability to multi-task, problem solve and effectively prioritize
Ability to work both autonomously and within a team setting
