We are looking for a Recruitment Partner with a strong Entrepreneurial mindset who wants to be a part of build the next generation recruitment company

Silicon Valley Int. – The Sustainability Company - has been working with sustainability and social impact companies for the past four years, enabling us to implement that exact strategy to recruit talents on behalf of companies in Denmark with this new concept bringing our mentality and knowledge into the recruitment processes.

We were named Best High-Tech Climate Change Solutions Development Company 2022 by the magazine EU Business News in May this year, solving climate change and social impact issues through groundbreaking technology solutions, companies, institutions, investors, recruiting and great people. We have achieved this without funding from 3rd parties, funding ourselves to help clean up the planet.

In which kind of talent do we specialize

Obviously, being The Sustainability Company, we specialize in Sustainability and Social Impact talent and candidates. However, we have been recruiting across various industries for the past 20 years all over the world, we can of course help finding the right talent and candidate outside this space as well.

Our sweet spot are Specialists, Middle Management, and in some cases Top Level Management.

We are based in Europe and Asia, having recruiting partners across North America.

The first 100 days, crucial for both parties

We know that the first 100 days any talent steps onboard is crucial. That is why we closely follow the talent and candidate, as well as the company the first 100 days, securing communication stays open between the parties, due to the fact that many new employees do not make it through the first 100 days. And it´s very expensive to lose a new employee in that timeframe.

Brand awareness through storytelling

We believe it is important any of our clients should tell their great story, storytelling through job descriptions across the world.

Great job descriptions not only attract the right talent. It also tell the story about what you do, why people should choose to work for your company, which is a major brand awareness strategy in the long run. It means it will be easier for companies to attract the right talent for future positions, but also having people purchase your products, because they now know what your company does, which they might know beforehand.

Job Description

Your role as the Partner
As a Recruitment Partner within our business, you will work to build the recruitment company
together with the founder, as well as exploring new opportunities to strengthen future partnerships, as well as attracting new consultants for your team and the company. You should see this as an opportunity to establish your own company, develop new features and products for the industry.

Qualifications

  • You must have a large network towards companies and talents
  • You will need to have a comprehensive recruitment background
  • You have to bring clients to the company. Maybe you have been working with them before or where you currently work
  • You can drive your own recruitment assignments
  • You must have an understanding and passion for sustainability, social impact, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals in general
  • You thrive on creating your own workdays as you will be working from home
  • It´s a plus if you have a large network outside Denmark due to our wishes to expand the business across Europe at first
  • You must be able to work for a while without getting a salary, as this position is in the start-up phase

Additional Information

You will be offered equity as part of your compensation package, as well as a large fee from the recruitment tasks you perform yourself.

Deadline

We are waiting for the right candidate, why we will take our time in finding that exact person. However, it would be great if you were to start working August 1st, 2022.
