Job Description

The primary responsibility of the role is to reach out to and onboard new partners and/or customers. Some of the responsibilities would be as follows:-

  • Be able to understand customer requirements and communicate our product's benefits clearly - The product is unique but in the various industry so being able to communicate value clearly will make all the difference.
  • Believe in innovation and contribute to product and service to provide solutions to clients.
  • Be able to generate and manage a pipeline of mid-sized corporates and SMEs.
  • Be proactive and dependable with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making.
  • Familiar with services offered by our company.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Generate and handle enquirers (telephonic & email enquirers) for conversion and manages customers offer performance
  • Participate in Sales Planning exercise for the assigned territory
  • Responsible to analyse customer potential and competitors, determine growth strategies, and define customer target groups.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities.
  • Timely collection and follow up on outstanding payments is critical
  • Ensure that CRM tools are used effectively and updated on a regular basis.
  • Should ensure that the sales analyst is continuously updated with the Sales update on a daily basis.
  • Should have a professional approach to dealing with customers and colleagues.
  • Should be competent in customer relationship management and selling skills.

Requirements:

  • We are on the lookout for motivated and driven individuals who can take initiative and communicate the value of a unique product and service. The candidate has to fulfill the following criteria:
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Be a hunter - who doesn't give up and can be counted on.
  • Past experience and connects or selling experience with a large no. of corporates and SMEs' decision-makers is a big plus
  • Problem Solving and Handling multiple stressful & complicated situations.
  • Go-Getter Attitude, self-motivator to strive the change
  • Should have excellent written and verbal communication
  • Should be a quick learner and someone who will follow the prescribed process
  • Sound knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Analytics Tools for presentation.
  • Traits Required: Patience, Vision, Mission, and Passion-oriented person.
  • Networking skills, resourceful, with progressing research skills.

Qualifications

BBM, BBA, BCOM, MCOM, MBA
