Job Description
- Establish and execute a digital marketing plan that supports the overall Sika marketing strategy in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications Manager.
- Maintain and optimise all Sika digital platforms, including the website, SEO, and SEM activities to enhance visibility, user engagement, lead generation, and conversion performance.
- Lead the company's social media presence, managing content planning, creation, publishing, community engagement, and PPC advertising investment across all platforms.
- Monitor, engage, and respond to enquiries and discussions across Sika Australia's digital channels, fostering positive relationships and supporting an active online community.
- Measure and report on digital marketing performance through web analytics, providing monthly reports with actionable insights on website traffic, campaign effectiveness, and key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Business Managers to develop integrated digital marketing plans for new product launches and create relevant online educational and promotional content.
- Serve as the lead advocate for digital innovation by identifying, assessing, and promoting new digital platforms and tools in alignment with local and corporate objectives.
- Maintain and optimise customer databases, manage the digital content life cycle, and support cross-functional teams with marketing campaigns and events as required.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, or equivalent tertiary qualification with 2+ years' experience in marketing and digital environments
- Professional marketing experience in B2B and B2C environments
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent digital projects and lead cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, trends, strategies, and best practices
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and Power BI reporting, with proven experience adjusting digital marketing plans based on analytic results
- Demonstrated expertise with social media platforms and a proven track record building B2B/B2C brands
- Experience managing paid digital campaigns and lead generation initiatives
- Highly developed communication skills with the ability to influence, engage, and connect with audiences through written, verbal, and visual content across all organisational levels
- Strong organisational skills, problem-solving ability, and personal accountability with the capacity to prioritise projects and meet deadlines
