Job Description

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

  • Follow all workplace safety standards and report incidents or near misses.
  • Adhere to WI/SOPs and ensure safe work through Permit to Work (PTW), Hot Work Permit (HWP), and LOTO (Lockout/Tagout)
  • Maintain good housekeeping across all work areas.

Systems & Processes

  • Follow maintenance procedures and maintain accurate records, checklists, and logs.
  • Support spare parts management and ensure compliance documentation is updated.

Maintenance Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for admixture plants and support Powder & Resin plants.
  • Execute PM activities, attend breakdowns, and support RCA/CAPA actions.
  • Inspect equipment, report issues, and ensure availability of critical spares.
  • Support shift work and emergency maintenance when required.

Projects & MOC

  • Support installation, commissioning, and modification works.
  • Ensure contractor safety compliance and proper permit processes.

Continuous Improvement & 5S

  • Participate in Kaizen and improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain 5S standards across assigned areas.

 

    Qualifications

    • ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation
    • 0–2 years of experience in maintenance or fresh graduates with relevant technical training
    • Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or plant equipment
    • Understanding of safety practices such as PTW and LOTO is an advantage
    • Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work in a team environment
    • Basic troubleshooting skills and ability to handle routine maintenance tasks
    • Flexibility to work in shifts and support emergency maintenance when required

    Technical Skills

    • Experience in electrical, instrumentation, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
    • Basic mechanical and plumbing knowledge with troubleshooting capability.

    Fluent in English, Hindi and good communication skills
