Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Control Technician / SAP Encoder to join our team in Taguig, Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining quality standards through systematic inspection and testing while accurately encoding data into our SAP system. You will play a critical role in ensuring product quality and maintaining organized, efficient documentation processes that support our operations.

  • Perform comprehensive quality control inspections and testing on products or materials according to established standards and specifications
  • Accurately encode quality control data, test results, and inspection findings into the SAP system with precision and attention to detail
  • Document inspection results, defects, and corrective actions in a clear and organized manner
  • Analyze quality control data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement
  • Maintain detailed records of all quality control activities and maintain organized filing systems
  • Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to address quality issues and implement corrective measures
  • Operate and maintain quality control equipment and testing instruments
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and relevant industry regulations
  • Generate quality control reports and communicate findings to supervisors and relevant departments
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of quality control equipment as required

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Quality Control Technician or in a similar quality assurance role
  • Proficiency with SAP system navigation, data entry, and basic reporting functions
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Proficiency in using quality control tools, testing equipment, and measurement instruments
  • Solid computer literacy and ability to work efficiently with multiple software applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Preferred: SAP certification or advanced SAP training
  • Preferred: Experience with statistical analysis tools or quality management software
  • Preferred: Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO certifications
  • Preferred: Experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial quality assurance environments
